How to ask

Write to support@[SITE] from the email address you used at checkout, or reply to your receipt. One line is enough.

What happens next

• We refund the same day we read your email, usually within 24 hours.
• The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
• You do not need to delete or return anything.

Who handles the payment

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They also handle sales tax and VAT. The refund is sent through them.
